Major financial firm requires an integrator to be responsible for establishing connectivity to clients using a mixture of direct FIX connections and third party vendors.
-Manage projects to receive order flow from clients.
-Provide pre-installation assistance for clients; from discussing connectivity and order routing options, to taking clients all the way through to first day of trading.
-Manage connectivity projects for Listed and OTC Exchanges.
-Develop and prepare infrastructure to handle new products and order routing by working closely with and coordinating with vendors, exchanges and technical teams
Skills Required: You should have at least 2yrs Unix and PERL experience as well as leased line and third-party networks (TNS, Bloomberg and Traderoute). A backgrounds in application support, networking (LAN/WAN) and programming (C++/Unix) are essential to this role.
Skills Desired: Perl, C++, Knowledge of equity markets FIX protocol experience.
