I represent Elind Computers. We have developed a FIX Engine which supports 4.2 and 4.3. We would like to know that now is there any certification process in place?

There are currently no FIX Protocol Limited official certfication processes.
FPL did publish detailed session-level test scenarios. These are available on this website. I know of at least one vendor who has implemented them in an automated testing system and made it available free of charge.
No detailed application-level certification scripts have been released by FPL. Frankly, I think doing so would be problematic, given that most firms only implement a small subset of the FIX application-level protocols. However, Appendix D in 4.1 and 4.2, which was renamed in 4.3, form a good basis for developing test plans. Vendors have already developed test scripts and systems.
I suggest asking about certification in the Product Discussion forum on this website, since discussing specific vendor offerings is not germane to this particular discussion group.

The vendor is TransactTools. The service is called OpenFIX, it’s free to financial firms, and it’s accessible at www.openfix.net

B2B ITS (www.btobits.com) has developed a service providing a FIX testing and certification gateway. This service is currently used by a major sell-side firm that began using it from early 2Q2002. More than 40 of that firm’s initiators have been tested and certified using our service since then.
In addition to the above we are in the final testing phase of a ‘dummy’ ECN to test free-format simulated trading.
