My client is a medium size management consulting firm servicing the global capital market and e-finance market place.
Due to continued growth in the UK Market they are looking to appoint experienced Financial Markets IT Professionals at both MC and AP grades.
Typically you will have experience of scoping, designing and delivering strategic projects for the technology, operations and finance functions in the front, middle and back offices of major financial institutions. Either for a tier one company or through a big 5 consultancy practice, project leadership in client facing situations should be your desired working environment.
Ranging from 4 plus years at senior consultant level to 8 plus years at associate partner level, my client is particularly interested in those individuals who can leverage their experience to attract and engage new clients, a key step to achieving partnership status.
Typical Projects include but are not limited to:
Establish infrastructure for GSTPA
Equities processing architecture
Global Equities Order Management
Ideal candidate will have good business or technical degree. At least 4 years relevant business and/or technical experience. Knowledge of a range of financial products and/or City institutions is clearly of benefit as is experience of any of the following: electronic trading, STP, GSTPA, FIX, SWIFT, T+1, Change Management.
