Our Client is developing global, European based team offering financing with customized risk management capabilities and the creation of a unique OMS with a 3rd party FIX engine which is to be selected. This development would be aligned with this strategy. This Greenfield site is in the initial stages of this offering so this development team will influence the details of the strategy.
Order Management Development industry experience is a must

8 years of development experience within market data and dealing with trading tools
3 years successful team leaderships of 3 to 5 developers, with potential / aspirations to lead several small teams in 2 ¡V 4 years.
2 to 3 years solid design experience including successful, full life cycle implementation of designs in a risk management environment around FIX Library, Hyperfeed Market Data API, ECN¡¦s with in-depth knowledge of TCL,TCP/IP,JAVA, J2EE, UNIX,NT, STL, C++
Good communication skills and wiliness to teach others.
Experience in project management
Enjoys leadership but also willing to perform develop role as needed
Minimum of 3 years of risk management industry experience
