Query on Reuters Exchange Codes for Futures exchanges

I am trying to ascertain the Reuters Exchange code for all the futures markets.I have reviewed your web page http://www.fixprotocol.org/cgi-bin/Exchanges.cgi?menu=52, however, it seems that the Eurex exchange is missing, plus Euronext and Chicago Board of Trade, to name but a few.
Can you supply all the futures exchange mnemonics relevant Reuters Exchange code.

You might want to consider using the Market Identification Codes (MIC) codes specified in FIX 4.3 (Volume 6, appendix 6-C.) These codes are more inclusive than the Reuters Exchange Codes.
