Can anyone help me with the Reuters Exchange Mnemonics (FIX 4.2) for the exchanges below :

Are Reuters Exchange Mnemonics for below exchanges correct ?
Commodity Exchange - COMEX
Intercontinental Exchange US - NYBOT
BM&F Bovespa(Brazilian Merchantile and Futures Exchange) - SA
Taiwan Futures Exchange - TM
HKFE (Hong Kong Futures Exchange) - HF

Are there reuters exchange mnemonics for the below exchanges available ?
CBOE Futures Exchange
Kansas City Board of Trade
Minneapolis Grain Exchange
ICE EU

Please also check previous thread (http://fixprotocol.org/discuss/read/0cd9ed2c) as you should transition to ISO codes (MIC). Reuters will not issue addtional codes for new exchanges and recommends MIC values for those cases.
