I am working on a FIX.4.0+ Equities & Options FIX sell side application upgrade to FIX.4.2+ multi asset class system. I was studying FIXimate and trying to list the values of Tag 167 SecurityType that would need to be supported in the upgraded system. My daughter (student of 2nd grade) asked ‘Can you sell “Cats, Tigers & Lions” using FIXProtocol ? That so cool’ With my FIXProtocol knowledge I could not come up with an answer.
Just curious in FIX.4.2 what 167=ZOO means ?
