Values of securityType (167) for non-US and non-EU bonds

In FIX 4.4, the defined enumerations for tag SecurityType (167) mainly cover US and European bonds. Is there any standard value used in this field when sending Japanese (or other Asian) or Canadian government and corporate bonds?

We use CORP and extended values of TB (treasury bill) and TN (treasury note) for all corporate and government bonds beyond US and Euro. Currency (15) clarifies the source.
