In the format tables for message types B, C, E, R, V, X, Z, b and i the tag numbers for EndodedIssuerLen and EncodedIssuer are incorrect, they should be 348 and 349 respectively (listed now as 354 and 355).

You are correct. That is a typo and they should be 348 and 349 matching the field reference. We have noted this and will correct it in the next "Errata" (typographical vs. functional changes) document.
