Client Systems Support Associate
Equity Trading Software
The position will be responsible for facilitating client connectivity to UNX trading systems. Candidates with experience in equity trading, knowledge of buy side OMS trading systems and and understanding of the FIX protocol will be given first consideration. You would provide phone support to our clients (both technical and functional); also onsite support, training and technical account management and testing of UNX system components and certification of client connections and front end functionality.
Skills required: Candidates must have substantial experience in computer science (operation systems, data communication, languages and databases); demonstrated skills in MS system administration and understanding of .Net framework; detailed understanding of the FIX Protocol - minimum 2 years; experience creating processes related to UAT; and Windows Registry knowledge. Degree in computer science, engineer or math preferred. Series 7 and 55 registration is a plus.
