Client Systems Testing and Quality Assurance Associate – Equity / Fixed Income Trading Software
Description: The position will be responsible for facilitating client connectivity to broker trading systems. Candidates with experience in equity and fixed income trading with a knowledge of buy side OMS trading systems and FIX Protocol understanding will be given first consideration. You would be responsible for implementing client connections, as well as testing the infrastructure behind those changes.

Candidates must have:
·Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in high-pressure situations, negotiation/influencing skills
·Equities/Options and exchange-traded derivatives business experience is mandatory
·Key Business skills: Familiar with Program Trading and OTC Trading vendors and flows-- Instinet, ECNs
·Substantial experience in computer science (operation systems, data communication, languages and databases)
·Quality Assurance Background preferred
·Detailed understanding of FIX Protocol (4.0-4.4 preferably) for minimum of 2 years
·Degree in computer science, preferred. Series 7 registrations are a plus.
·Strong SQL Server experience is necessary
·Knowledge of Appia FIX engines is a plus
·College degree is a must
