Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) is a sophisticated and influential trading firm, active on most of the world’s major securities and derivatives exchanges is seeking a Customer Appliction Support Engineer to work directly with traders, operations experts and quantitative analysts to design proprietary applications used by SIG traders globally. The Customer Support Application Engineer will provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for external customer applications that access electronic transaction processing systems utilized in trading. The support responsibilities will be administered from the Electronic Trade Support desk located on the trading floor at SIG’s corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia and at external customer locations.
Key Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience in customer and/or sales technical support;Ability to travel, potentially for extended periods of time;Broad knowledge of financial markets, products and/or market data; Ability to recognize, escalate, track and assist in internal and external problem resolution
