Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) is a sophisticated and influential trading firm, active on most of the world’s major securities and derivatives exchanges. Our current need is for an Electronic Trade Support Engineer ETS to provide first level support for hundreds of traders and administrators at multiple locations.The users and administrators will be accessing the Electronic Transaction Processing Systems and their associated client/server based applications that are utilized in trading a variety of financial products. Responsibilities for this role include monitoring the real-time status and functionality of the systems and identifying, investigating, and resolving user and system problems in a timely manner. Key qualifications include: Four years experience in a production support, administration or development role in a trading environment;
Experience working with UNIX and Windows O/S;
Programming experience in high level languages C++, JAVA or scripting languages PERL, UNIX shell is a plus. Fixprotocol experience is a plus.
