We are currently seeking an Electronic Trade Support Professional. The ETS Support Engineer will provide first level support for hundreds of traders and administrators at multiple locations. Responsibilities for this role include monitoring the real-time status and functionality of the systems and identifying, investigating, and resolving user and system problems in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of four years experience in a production support, administration or development role preferably in the Financial Industry
Programming experience in high level languages C++, JAVA or scripting languages PERL, UNIX shell is a plus
Experience working with UNIX and Windows O/S
