Job Summary:
The ETS Support Engineer will provide first level support for hundreds of traders and administrators at multiple locations. The users and administrators will be accessing the Electronic Transaction Processing Systems and their associated client/server based applications that are utilized in trading a variety of financial products. Responsibilities for this role include monitoring the real-time status and functionality of the systems and identifying, investigating, and resolving user and system problems in a timely manner. The ETS Support analyst must be able to recognize, escalate, track and assist in the resolution of production issues.
Key Qualifications: FIX, Unix, C++, JAVA or scripting languages PERL, UNIX shell is a plus
