All, the mdowg (Market Data Optimization Working Group) has been running on low speed pending the outcome of the Realtime patent lawsuit (see separate posting). We have spent the last couple of months discussing the current and future requirements of market data. I expect the pace to increase now and I would like to invite members of the mdowg to get involved.
The next mdowg confcall is this Wednesday (Feb 5th) at 11am ET.
We're also planning to have a BOF session on next generation market data the day after the FPL EMEA conference. Please let me know if you would be interested in joining.
