Does anyone work in a stock exchange? a brokerage firm? or work for a company that sells systems to a stock exchange in any country?. Well, I do. I need your help in gathering some information related to FIX protocol.
- What about the FIX common usage? Only for electronic trading? Financial information dissemination? clearing & settlement? STP?
- Is it used in order to communicate to common ISVs or news vendors (Reuters, Bloomberg)?
- Does anybody know what is the common implementation they use?
Overall, does anybody have more detailed information about the FIX usage in stock exchanges systems? What sock exchanges use it?
