Trading Sofware Company seeks experienced Product Manager to work actively with clients to define new and enhanced functionality for market-leading software products. The person must be able to work directly with senior trading desk managers and to extract requirements from a wide range of traders and back office personnel. The Product Manager will be responsible to translate this knowledge into functional specifications and work with a highly skilled development team to ensure an efficient implementation.
The position requires sound knowledge of trading products, specifically within the Equities market. Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and back office experience are all significant assets, An effective candidate must have in-depth industry experience, the ability to work with all aspects of Sales, Account Management and Support, as well as the capability to deal with a highly technical development staff.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to stay abreast of market trends and regulatory issues that may affect trading applications. Strong leadership skills, understanding of the tools and technology, along with the ability to help guide development and implementation across a variety of projects are critical for the position.
