Tag 231 (ContractMultiplier) is permitted in a Quote message, but Tag 854 (QtyType) is not.
Is this an oversight?
New Order, Quote Request, and Quote Request Reject messages can all have both tags.
Is it assumed that the recipient of a quote will infer from the presence of tag 231 that the QtyType is Contract?
If so, why is that assumption not applied to the other message types listed above?
