Extensive knowledge of the over-the-counter and Listed markets.
· 3+ years security industry experience.
· Strong sell side customer relationships, and excellent account management skills.
· Understanding of the US equity market structure and pending issues that affect business.
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
· Help perform all ADF, ACT, and Cincinnati responsibilities as they pertain to the transaction desk.
· Conduct client visits soliciting feedback to improve the current level of business and relationships.
· Build strong relationships with current clients, and solicit additional order flow.
· Assist bringing new clients in, and resurrect stale relationships.
· Handle customer inquires and situations as they pertain to the firm’sECN platforms.
· Focus on increasing sell side market share, especially in the Listed arena.
· Support all sell side inquiries and functions as they relate to DOT.
· Interact with VAB and external sell side customers in facilitating trading.
· Train customers on new and existing functionality.
· Stay abreast of trends, issues, and competition as well as SOPs and escalation procedures.
