Is it a sensible idea to have a Recruitment Forum or noticeboard ?
I only say this because the volume of recruitment related messages arriving in this General Q&A forum seems high.

This is a good idea and we are considering this. Currently we do not allow blatent solicitation via the FIX Discussion boards. In the event this occurs, we notify the poster and remove the posting. We are considering creating a separate section which would allow opt-in for those interested in participating/receiving notifications of new postings for solicitations of personnel or product.
