Position Description:
The Application Services business manager will be a direct report to the head of Application Services and will be responsible for creating and executing the team’s operating plan (which includes hiring, training, project, financial plans). In addition, as a senior member of the team, the business manager will have responsibility for managing the sales and marketing of the team and establishing relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Skills Required:
· Assist in recruiting and mentoring.
· Manage EAI project manager, Infosec project manager, and technical writer.
· Manage internship program.
· Participate in firm wide biz manager forum.
· Assist in creating budget, training plan, project plan, and staffing plan.
· Create quarterly accomplishment reports for the team.
· Maintain the team’s web site.
· Create project portfolio status.
· Create financial plan status (actual v. plan).
· Manage staff meetings.
· Produce an annual landscape document for the team.
· Manage requirements management work stream (existing duty). Ensure business engagement
· Assist in defining EAI engagement model.
· Manage on/off-boarding consultants and employees.
